We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, discuss and deliver services you request, and keep reasonable records of our communication. We do not sell your personal information.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated.

Third-party services

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when fonts are requested. Contact by email or WhatsApp is handled by those providers under their own privacy policies. Messages submitted through the contact form are sent to us by our own web server or, if that is unavailable, by our form service provider (FormSubmit), which processes the details you enter only in order to deliver them to us. Brand logos may be loaded from cdn.simpleicons.org, which can receive your IP address.

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@jackthomas.uk.
